By using Hearth you agree to these terms. Hearth is run by [Steven D. Vaughn], [The Colony, TX].
Your account
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity in your account and for who you invite to your family hub.
Plans and billing
- Hearth Free is free. Family Plus is $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from the Family tab under Manage billing. You keep Family Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- The Founding Family Lifetime plan is a one-time $99 payment for Family Plus for as long as Hearth operates.

Acceptable use
Don't use Hearth to break the law, harass anyone, or try to access another family's hub.
Changes and availability
We may update Hearth and these terms. We'll tell you by email before price changes affect you. Hearth is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
